OUr school lost a student last night. He was only 12. had an Aneurysm
A student died yesterday 12 years old of a brain Aneurysm
Mom didn't speak english and didn't take him to hospital because she was afraid of being reported



our school is sooooooooooo down


this kid was sweet and did not deserve this

2. I feel horrible about what the mom must be going through.

Can you imagine having to choose whether or not it is safe to take your child to the hospital? Can you imagine seeing your son die, and not knowing if a different choice could have saved him? :(

I hope she has a lot of friends and family to console her and support her. I'd be broken into pieces for a long, long time if that was me.

May she find peace.

5. How tragic...
Nobody should be afraid to take their child to the hospital. :(

I wish we had organizations devoted to helping immigrants adjust to society...people who could help in situations like this one.

6. yea and our school population is SO very poor
I feel for the mom cause her husband died like 5 years ago and she has a 4th grade student who is so very lost as well...

7. I am so sorry ...
My mom survived a brain aneurysm in November of 2006. This little boy could have been helped if the paramedics were called. Medical science is here for a reason. I understand her reasons but I would never put my fear before the health of my children or anyone else.
