I don't know if San Diego has a curfew — or, for that matter, if any MLB cities still do. There used to be rules against starting an inning after a certain time, like 1 a.m. If so, it'd be suspended, and they'd pick it up from that point at a later date, probably the next time the Rockies are in San Diego.

and they STILL managed to get to Houston and give them a drubbing the next night. Holliday, Helton and Torrealba was given the night off (they played all 22 innings)

And what's more - the charters broke the rules about taking off after 1am off Lindbergh, so they may face sanctions too. (Both Padres and Rockies)
