Here is my poem on love:

What is love?

Is it a thing?

An object of desire?

Is it the sea between our shores?

Or is it a bond?

A rope that tightly binds?

I don’t know...

I have no understanding of it...

All I know

Is that I love

And you are the man

Who lives in my heart.

Who occupies my mind

Who has conquered my soul

And when you touch me

With your glance

And your words

And your hands and mouth

All the world falls away


My mouth speaks

But when I am in your arms

There are no words from me...

Yet I would still be speaking......

Of my love.
