btw- my brother didn't get a DUI

He was under the limit. I was over the limit and should have been charged with a PUI.

Evidently he never had driving privileges restored in NC from something he did in the 80s. So his main charge was driving while license revoked. He was also charged with arguing with an ATM. I am waiting on him now. I'd love to see how that last charge was written up.

I'm just happy I didn't join him. I usually get irate at police. I must be getting old.

Also, I guess he is lucky for not getting a DUI. Those can be a pain, I don't know from experience, but I know others that have them, and it did not look like a fun process.

I think cops/DAs make stuff up to charge people with more crimes so they can "drop" the nonsense one in order to get a plea on the real one.
