Can someone help me?
Edited on Sun Apr-20-08 08:49 AM by philboy
I don't ask for help in here too much I hope.

I'm having some problems.

I am fucking wasted and I can't sleep after 25 hours, and I'm having some physical problems. I am having a full blown panic attack, and it isn't nice.

I can't share this with anyone in real life.

Anyone just want to post shit to this thread to keep me occupied?

1. I'm sorry you're having a rough time...
I'm not sure where you are, but if you can make it to Cambridge, MD by 4pm, there'll be a kick-ass string quartet recital.

2. Been there...
sometimes forcing myself to breathe evenly and slowly helps but usually I end up taking Klonapin.

I go to the LOL cats pages, search youtube and try to distract myself until it passes.

When my ex couldn't sleep, he'd lie on his back and stare at the ceiling, forcing himself to star at it. Somehow, just knowing he was trying to stay awake made his brain try to shut down and sleep. It works.

Hang in there and hang on. Know that it *will* pass.

4. Now there's a technique
When my ex couldn't sleep, she'd just find someone else to sleep with. Worked for her, but not me.

6. I think the longest I was ever awake was 72 hours.
I slept for 24 hours after that, I hope to never go through that again. I hope you can get some rest soon.
