One of the DU moderators is giving Parche his daily briefing. He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" Parche exclaims. "That's terrible!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching Parche, with head in hands.

Finally, Parche looks up and says, "Do you think a Brazilian pubes would fit on an airplane?

Sounds like something he would do.
