What should I do with 'em?

I mean, they come from a country that puts melamine in wheat gluten and lead on toys. I doubt the safety of any food from China. If I don't think they're safe for me, why would I give 'em to poor people (or anyone else) to eat?

8. Ah, Hell, ALL out food is made in China nowadays.

Chances are, if you took them back, the nest can would be from China too, or Mexico, and my aunt says they "do things with human stuff" to the food down there. :tinfoilhat: grin and eat 'em. That's what I always say. Of course, I'm not usually referring to peaches. :evilgrin:

I would take them back. Maybe the peaches were processed correctly but what about the can? Do you think that an economy that puts lead paint on childrens toys might be behind the curve on other health & safety issues?

the pervasiveness of "Made in China" products in our country is so complete that it is next to impossible to get through regular existence without something from there.

And for those of us on the near-poverty line, not even a possibility at all.
