My lower back is in agony...

I'm sitting propped up with a pillow between it and the couch. Ahhhhh....Still hurts, but not nearly as much. Weird.

Regardless, I'm in a fine mood. :)

I'm actually ok, this is PMS pain. I'm all propped up and comfy now. It was killing me earlier. Heavy backpack all day didn't help.

I suffered from back pain for several weeks and when I sought medical care, I learned I have 2 herniated discs. I'm finishing 6 weeks of physical therapy tomorrow and got 3 back injections. This is nothing to fool around with. I hope it's fleeting and you feel better soon, but if not, get help!
