LOTS of it. And on your brand new white bathroom rug. And in five other places around the apartment.

Mr. Fat, hairy and stupid went on another barfaplooza in the middle of the night. x( x( x(

1. PB just insists on doing it on the livingroom rug...
inches from the tile floor, where it would actually be easy to clean up. x(

I hope the big boy is feeling ok today! PB pukes when he eats a bunch, drinks water, and then decides to run around at full speed. Up it comes! :puke:

:hi:

2. That's pretty much what gets Brutus harfing, too.
Edited on Fri Apr-25-08 11:44 AM by Shakespeare
Once in awhile, he decides to go gorge on food AND water, then goes around barfing all over the place. The only thing wrong with him is a severe case of stupidity. He's like Stimpy, come to life.

Edited to add: my other cat, who's MENSA-level smart and an OCD neat freak (Brutus' opposite), goes around behind him trying to cover up all the barf spot. Poor guy. You can see Theo's paw-scrape impressions in the carpet all around each of the piles of barf.

3. When my cat was still alive...you knew it was coming whenever he got outside
He would eat grass, and at some point later (usually in the middle of the night) the grass would accompany the rest of his stomach contents all over the floor.

4. Things Can Only Get Better
well, you have to hope

That's one sexy cat there :loveya: but you better keep your stuff out of his barf-range.

5. Reminds me of that promo for the Las Vegas movie
Where the girl is asking her friend for an intervention and the friend says something to the effect of, "You are asking the wrong person. Last night I barfed in my own purse."

I hope your day got better.

9. Oh, he's fine. He just likes to gorge on food and water occasionally.
And that always triggers a big barf fest. It's a good thing he's sweet (to make up for the stupid). ;-)

8. Is it some sort of cat conspiracy today? Maybe a convergence of the cat constellation?
Edited on Fri Apr-25-08 11:51 AM by PelosiFan

A lot of DUers' cats seem to be doing something dastardly to their pet humans today. I'm almost afraid to look upstairs to see what mine is up to.

Cute pose!

10. My problem was not vomit but cat spit
My cat would sleep on my pillow. Her name was Stevie Lee Jones. I usually called her "Stevie" or "My Girl", unless I was mad. Then I called her Miss Jones.

But I would wake up with my hair standing straight up, encrusted with cat spit. She'd groomed me all night, by her standards.

And I'd say, "Miss Jones. You think I look better this way?"

And her body language and expressions were "Yeah".

Khash.

17. Our cat grooms *us* when we sleep
or at least try to sleep. Have you ever had a cat groom you eyebrows? Very annoying when trying to sleep.

12. EWWW!
Kyra left me a little present this morning too. Thankfully, not on a rug. But right in the middle of the kitchen doorway.

And yes, I did discover this while barefoot. x(
