So the new Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds CD is pretty damn good.
Rather stripped down and back to basics in some ways compared to the previous CD, Lyre of Orpheus/Abbatoir Blues. His little side project Grinderman seems to have had an influence, for the better in my opinion. And of course his lyrics are still excellent.

2. I highly enjoy that album.
It's Nick Cave's best album in quite a fucking while! One of the best of 2008 so far!

3. It's grown on me with each listen.
The last double CD was good, but not great, and Nocturama was just boring, to me at least. This sounds like a nice return to form.
