3. No, but might be...
I am going back to get some hands-on playtime with him. If he doesn't bite, I might get him. Unlike the other conures I couldn't help looking at, he approached me and was funny as hell.

With Piri bonded to Piers, and as these Conures are quiet and playful, why not? Only live once...

The only real biter was the $500 one that was over a year old.
