Burned a woman in the house very, very badly. :scared:

I passed this street just Saturday night. Awful.

1. Yikes
How scary! I've thought about that happening here when I see small private planes flying near the house.

:scared:

3. Turns out my friend Aimee is very good friends with her.
Lots and lots of bad news around this 'hood lately. A neighbor's five year old was just diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor.

5. I had one crash less than a
1/2 mile from my house... killed the pilot but no one in the house got hurt.

side story

the paramedics got there before the cops.... the first paramedic on the scene
realized it was his dad.. they all know about his dad's flying, just didn't put 2x2 together that night and not let him go to the call.....

my thoughts go out to the families..
and to your neighbor and her daughter

lost

7. Dang.
what a way to go. :( well, at least it was quick.

Sorry to hear this.

Just another reminder how precious and fragile life is.

There was freaky story in the SF Chronicle a couple weeks ago about a woman who was killed by a falling tree branch, as she helping a dog back into her car. She had a business walking dogs. The branch broke off and landed right on her and she died instantly.

You just never know.... Weird.
