Our yard is xeriscaped and this year we have tufts of grass
growing through the rock. My Grandfather seems to think that roundup or something like that won't kill grass, they are only formulated to kill weeds. Does anyone know? And does anyone know what we can use to kill ordinary lawn grass?
do it once, wait two weeks and do it again. Also, buy the round=up in the concentrated version. It's expensive but works better and you will need to do it a few times during the year.
I use it all the time for grass that grows where it doesn't belong (like cracks in sidewalks). It kills pretty much everything, except :scared: buckthorn.
3. Thanks for the info, guys..two seasons in a row
we have left our jug of roundup outside all winter, let me say, it pretty much rendered the stuff useless. I will talk my Grandfather into getting another batch. (Maybe he'll get the compressed pump instead of the trigger)
