Is it sole custody she is after? We had joint custody but I had physical custody,
that actually worked out fairly well for us even tho at one point the ex and his
new wife wanted "full". I would think it would be pretty difficult to get "full, sole
custody unless she can "prove" otherwise.
In my case it was all about $, they could not stand having the child support leave
their house.
