Either someone tried to take my Obama sticker off my back bumper or
there is a problem because I have a small dent that it is covering. I think the former.

Anyway, I was going to put some of that glue stick under the sticker but then had another thought....ask someone first!

I went into the garage earlier and there was a tiny bit of the bottom lifted but I may have left that there.

So how do you get a bumper sticker that is already on and waning to come off to stay put?

I think if someone tried to do that to me (I dont put bumper stickers on my car) I would put TWO Obama stickers on my car.

That will show them!

:P

2. someone's been picking at my Edwards bumper sticker
pisses me off royally. He's still my ideal candidate. I'm waiting to put up an Obama sticker because I want have one with his running mate (please god let it be Edwards) also on it. Why are people such assholes about bumper stickers? I've managed for the past 8 miserable years to just do an inner shudder when I see right wing bumper stickers, as much as I think they're revolting I can't imagine the gall of trying to remove or alter one on somebody's car. I think that's over the line.

3. I think that's why magnetic bumper stickers went out of style.
They were too easy to "pick" off. I had two stolen. I haven't had any bumper stickers picked at since I went back to the old fashioned kind. Something called "Aleene's Tacky Glue" is a very strong and resiliant adhesive. You can get it in any crafts section at department stores. I know quite a few people who've discovered it. (It's also great for wallpaper repairs).
