11. I had that sensation when I was under tons of stress.

I developed IBS and then the shuddering started. They tested me for everything under the sun. When I got my life under some semblance of control, the shuddering went away. It was different from a tremor which I have both from meds and heredity (it isn't noticeable, thank god).
