23. ShineBoy and I are having a mellow Mother/Son weekend

MrShine and ShineGirl took off to San Luis Obispo for a special Father/Daughter weekend and we're hangin' on the homefront, watching DVD rentals and taking it easy.

He was accidentally pushed down some stairs yesterday at his middle school, another 8th grader classmate was "aggressively friendly" and pushed him right as he was at the top of 5 stairs. He fell to the ground and sprained his ankle, so he's kind of gimped out for the weekend, which affects what we can do...or not do.

We'll be watching a lot of movies. :D
