I took 3 benedryls at the end of a night of beer drinking. I slept from 3AM to 330 PM!

I go to bed between 10 - 11

but I am wide awake around 3-4

with little 10-15 minute naps till I have to wake up

I have no idea what a full nights sleep feels like any more....
