Are anyone else's cats batshit crazy tonight?
The boikatz are tearing around the house, up and down the stairs, back and forth down the hallway, chasing each other and some unseen things...

1. My little one is pretty calm tonight.
She had been sitting beside me just looking at me for about 30 minutes now.

2. Nope, mine are crazy at 5 AM every morning, like clockwork...
...which always wakes me up. I then feed them, they calm down for about 15 minutes, then they are wild again. If you'd like, I'll let you baby-sit them for about a week, so you can have 24/7 batshit fun!

3. Maybe you gave them some catnip by mistake?
Or maybe they know it's Saturday night!

4. Mine are resting soundly.
Do you have cat nip scattered all over the house today? Is it storming outside? What are they all excited about?

Mine do it once in a while, but I just attribute it to the brain damage that I think all pets, especially cats, have.

I'm kidding of course. I lurves all my pets and their unique peccadilloes.

6. Mine are. But I think that's because I'm in a bad mood.
Kitties are very sensitive to their people's emotions. My cats have been quarreling with each other all night and yowling at me for no discernible reason. They're not normally like this.

9. My cats are batshit crazy every night.
All Yogi has to do is walk by Sunday Girl and she screams like he's killing her. When I run to break up the "fight," she sits down, looks at Yogi, and grins. I shit you not. She grins. Also, when Yogi goes to the litter box, Sunday Girl parks her butt right beside the opening in the hood. When he steps out, he has to do is very very slowly, like a sloth. If he moves any faster than that, he had better be ready to hit the floor running, because she's wiggling her ass the whole time getting ready to chase him and tattoo his ass cheeks (yes, cats actually have those, believe it or not) every step of the way. She's got the fastest left hook I have ever seen.
