Basically, I've done nothing of import all day.
except make a huge pot of vegetable soup, start a couple loads of laundry, read the papers, post on DU, washed some dishes...that's about it.

I'm feeling really tired and lazy today.

2. wanna come over and make soup for us too?
We spent the entire day out and now I have laundry, meals for the week to plan, etc., and all I want to do is go to sleep. I am going to DU until the load in the dryer is finished so that Little MB has a clean, unwrinkled tae kwon do uniform for her black belt orientation tomorrow....

:hi: :loveya: :hi:

9. LOL, Mama don't plan no meals!! I'm impressed you do.
well, sometimes I do, but not usually.

yeah, the main reason I had to start doing laundry on Sundays was b/c of ShineBoy's PE uniform. I used to do it on Mondays, but when he started in middle school three years ago, I had to start washing his smelly PE clothes so they'd be fresh by Monday. It's made a dent in my normal weekend routine, but such is the price of motherhood. :D

We are good mommies. :pals: Hey, that's cool you met with redwitch. I saw that thread. I wish you didn't live so far away....

3. My dear Shine...
I'd say for having done "nothing of import" you've done well!

I don't even want to hear what a busy, productive day sounds like, OK?

Yikes....:scared:

I seem to have my butt glued to the living room sofa at the moment. All I did today was go for a ride, do laundry, and post on DU!! At least you have food to eat! lol :hi:

14. "At least you have food to eat." Seriously.
my main motivation for making the soup was guilt. We've been eating way too much take-out lately.

Funny how guilt can motivate you to do stuff, huh? :eyes:

Nice that you took a ride today.

I bailed on the bike ride I had planned. Sigh....too damn lazy. :D

but at least we have soup.

8. at least you made soup, you have something to show for today.
I did some laundry, took a shower, took my daughter to kick boxing and then took her out for dinner but that was it, i didn't actually accomplish anything today but that's what Sunday's can be for. My lazy ass didn't even get on the treadmill today which is really bad because i ate way too much at dinner tonight.

15. In my entire life I have never been on a treadmill.
aren't you fascinated? The stairmaster is my instrument of choice at the gym....either that, or out on the roads with my road bicycle.

:hi: Yup, it's a lazy Sunday....

18. Same here
although you did FAR more than I.

My day has consisted of hanging out with friends, going to the movies (Made of Honor) and cleaning off the DVR. Now we're waiting for Pizza Hut to bring us our dinner. :P
