I am so slack I just ordered pizzas for pick-up. I do meatless Mondays and didn't want to have to think too hard so I got 3 small pizzas for $12

I can watch the process online so I can swing in, pick-up and commence to eating :D

24. It is Cinco de Mayo!

We are having red chili enchiladas, stuffed with jack cheese, brown rice and sweet white onions. With that goes a red leaf lettuce salad, refried beans and pico de gallo.

I thought about buying some Corona, but didn’t. Now I think I should have. All we keep around here is wine and some archaic liqueurs that no one ever drinks.

25. Cardiac Sandwiches

A lazy dinner for me.

Salisbury steaks in gravy over mashed potatoes, on bread.(Hence the cardiac part) Steamed buttered corn.

Not healthy, but certainly a comfort food which is what I was looking for tonight.
