17. Pfffft. Honestly, many people act more like assholes because they are skilled at passing a 'test'.

IQ measures one thing: the ability to think and reason in a way that allows one to pass IQ tests effectively.
Too many people then go on to assume that a high IQ = high intelligence or superior personal quality and end up becoming more of an ass because of it.

I think you would find things quite a bit worse here if there was an 'IQ' requirement. Everyone would just know that their opinion was right!
