We put an offer in on a new house!
We are relocating and finally found a house in our price range that we like. Please cross your fingers (they have another offer as well) and we will still have to sell ours soon or we will have two mortgages :crazy: I really hope we get this one!!! Wish us luck.

It worked!!!! To answer the question, we did not have to participate. We had a very clear limit and could not go higher.

With those mysterious couples that seem to have money growing in the back room, no! We have to move because I couldn't get a teaching job after finishing a grad degree. My husband got a better job, so we are moving. It would be funny to see us on house hunters though. We had way more fun and spent way less money!
