OMG! License plate I saw on the way to work today.

Wonder what they told the DMV it meant.

This was in California (where you can get the heart symbol as a character on your personalized plates). It was on a van, not really a mini-van, more like a work van, but there was no business identification on it. I thought maybe it could have been a hand doctor or physical therapist or even a cosmetologist who specializes in fingernails, to get it past the DMV censor. Otherwise, maybe someone was asleep at the DMV that day, or maybe there's an interpretation I haven't thought of.
