New House Update
WE GOT IT!!!!! HOORAY!!! The other people offered a fraction of the asking price and dickered too much about small things before the papers were signed. I think they were not sure the house was right for them. It was built in 63 and has the original UFO shaped pull down ceiling lamps in the dining and kitchen areas and the bathrooms are original with swans etched in the shower doors and turquoise toilet, sink and tub..... Everything looks like new though. It is funky and awesome. The kitchen needs a load of work (yikes) but the house has a fireplace and a pool!!! That should make it easier for my kids to make friends. Thanks for listening.
