I always fantasize about selling the house and buying a boat.





Then I think about what a hassle it would be to get internet.

1. Oh, but it wouldn't be a hassle!

Nearly every knew (or gently used) boat like this comes with (or can be easily installed) internet access via satellite. Many companies make satellite weather systems that can also do data and voice. The connections may not always be great, and it may not be particularly cheap, but you should be able to access DU from the middle of the Indian Ocean.

But it works and a lot of ports have WLANs now.

when you are on the boat, the last thing you will worry about is internet access.

I love to sail too, and when doing it, I am never thinking about internet access.

I started out with an enduro as a kid, then trials and I know have a street cruiser. The BMW Adventure series looks like a nice blend of street and enduro characteristics.
