1. I just got back from DC

about two weeks ago. I love that town! Wish I could have spent more time. Get a one-week Metro pass, even tho you won't be there a week. You get to ride the Metro as much as you want, and it will probably pay for itself.

I'll be hosted by some friends that live in Arlington, and they're going to play tour guide. The Metro was mentioned as a big source of transport.

There will be a side trip to Williamsburg, too. I've never been to either, so this will be a good trip, I think!
