at 9:59 my boss handed me page one of the teaching plan he needs to distribute at 12:00.

Mind you, what he handed me was hand-written.

And not finished.

And he's been on phone calls ever since.


It's 11:22.



This week I got told I could handle the workload better if I were more organized.

2. I can so relate

I'm constantly told in my job that I need to keep my backstock down, keep my out of stocks low and keep my sales up.

However, the warehouse constantly screws up my orders, sending me things I didn't order, don't carry or already have while failing to send me the stuff I do need.

Thus, I have tons of backstock, tons of out of stocks and missed sales.

It is never the warehouse's fault - that have no accountability whatsoever. I'm simply told that, "It can be challenging sometimes" with a patronizing little pat on the back. :eyes:



Have I mentioned lately that I hate my job?
