But he finally collapsed from a combination of drunkenness and blood loss, and Wiles called 911

Winnie Wiles was in her wheelchair in her Bartlesville, Oka., home when she heard a noise at her back door at 3:00 a.m. The 95-year-old woman grabbed a screwdriver and wheeled herself over to the door; the burglar broke the door's glass so he could reach the lock. He kept reaching in to do so, and "every time he did it, she stabbed him" with the screwdriver, said Bartlesville Police Chief Tom Holland. The burglar kept at it for about 90 minutes. "She got him once on the knuckle, and almost took his knuckle off," Holland said. "I mean, she was really fighting him." The burglar, Holland said, kept saying "Lady, quit stabbing me." The woman was afraid to go to the phone to call police, since that would give the man a chance to get in. But he finally collapsed from a combination of drunkenness and blood loss, and Wiles called 911. snip

4. Sounds like a very tough Okie
Don't mess with a gal like that. Go granny go! I'm glad she's all right.

"While neighbors said they're going to buy her a shotgun and a case of ammo."

:scared:

No one is gonna mess with her now, that's for sure. Massive street cred.

5. That's hilarious. Good thing she didn't have a gun.
This would be an obituary announcement.
