8. Oh, it was really awful. They were drug dealers and got evicted.

The dogs were in the back yard and used as guard dogs. They were mean and vicious and rarely fed or given water. I used to throw food over the fence all the time for the dogs.

When I saw the landlord moving their shit out, I talked to the gal there and asked her if they were going to take the dogs or just abandon them. She didn't even have any teeth due to her crack habit.

Sure enough, they abandoned the dogs. They were chained, but too mean to get near. I put a little bucket of water over the fence for them, and dumped a bunch of food in front of them. They were absolutely starving.

Animal Control picked them up the next day. And had to euthanize both of them. Because they were both so mean and couldn't be adopted.
