With the CA ruling yesterday, CT expected to follow suit in the next few months, and what I am sure is a landslide of follow-up filings now that the test-balloon case has been won "moral conservatives" (at least the ones I've heard in radio interviews and the such) are beginning to become despondent that this is a ball rolling downhill that they can no longer stop. They've become resigned to losing...and are becoming desperate.

that the CT court will follow the CA court... both are dominated by Republican appointees as well. Of course, in 2004, the Mass court was 5-2 in favor of Republican appointees as well. Still didn't stop the "activist" judge meme.
