How we spent our stimulus money: Payback, drugs and a moving sale...

I noticed this last week we had a big chunk of excess money in our debit account where we get such payments. It was about $425.00, which seemed odd, but so be it, who am I to question a government windfall, for such it was: Our stimulus payment after I had dutifully filled out a tax form for the first time in many years.
I immediately removed the money into cash and went to a neighbor who produces indoor herbage, and purchased $200 of his finest produce. I then later went to another neighbor's moving sale, where I bought enough old carburetors for most of the rest of the cash to provide months of eBaying and will almost certainly double my investment. The rest the wife and used to go out to dinner at the best restaurant in 3 counties, about 20 miles away.
I guess I can't say George never gave us anything, and I spent it all as close to home as possible giving it to my neighbors. Nothing for WalMart or anybody else outside our county, so we vowed.
Oh, the rest of the $600 stimulus money? Turns out I had an old dispute with the VA over medical payments for prescription drugs from over 7 years ago that I thought had been resolved, but evidently was sitting gathering dust until I qualified for any money back from the government.
