Wow... I just saw the Barn Building dance scene from Seven Brides for Seven
Brothers for the first time in wide screen format.

Unbelievable.

Athletic and yet graceful, something the dancers of today could learn from.

"It is no coincidence that five of those six boys are played by professional dancers."

Jacques D'Amboise was with the New York City Ballet.

10. THANKS
for improving an otherwise down day!

There were lots of good dancing scenes in 'old' musicals. Here's the chase scene from 'Brigadoon,' which also contains dancing.

11. I'm feeling great, thanks!
The latest C-T scan confirms smaller tumors in my lungs and didn't even mention the tumor in my uterus! I'll find out Tuesday what my doctor thinks about that. My last scheduled round of chemo begins Thursday and then I'll be back at MD Anderson the second week of June to see what comes next.

So sweet of you to think of me!

14. I watched that movie tonight
The last time I saw it was when it was first released when I was eight years old.

I really enjoyed it, but it wasn't much like I recalled it from nearly 54 years ago! I think I enjoyed it as a child, even if I didn't understand it!

(But my husband disappeared while it was on. He doesn't appreciate musicals, even if the dancing is athletic.)
