Damn Target and its cheap crappy footwear
the sandals I bought for $20 from Target 5 weeks ago are falling to pieces. The cloth under the foot has come unglued everywhere but the edges and is starting to tear. And they have picked up an unholy stench that defies daily sprayings of Lysol. They will be junk soon.

What a wicked waste of money.

3. it's really the torn footbed that's pissing me off
I might replace them with something like the Teva Proton 4. Yeah, a water shoe - it gives that barefoot experience, you know?

5. I bought two sweaters at Macys recently and both
literally fell apart in the clothes dryer, even though I carefully followed the laundering instructions. The sleeves on both simply parted company with the rest of the garment. Nothing seems to be well made anymore. Just about everything is crap.

6. that's why I get my shoes from this guy....
http://www.fernandfootwear.com/

I actually have a pair of tennis shoes right now, but I'm going to order another pair of shoes from Tim soon. Yeah, they're more expensive than target, but they're cheaper than expensive shoes (under $200 with all the bells and whistles), and the best shoes I've ever had.

The shoes that he makes fall apart over time as well, but for $50 you can have them resoled and have the leather reconditioned. Fernand footwear seriously rules.
