Ponderous hips move over me

Ponderous hands grip my limbs

Your eyes smile into my face

While you take me where I ‘ve never been.


I gasp as you probe me

Your tongue is magic

I twist in your arms

As you warm my skin

With your breath, your kiss


Your kisses reach into me

They nourish us

And we become whole inside each other


The sky darkens with thudding clouds

The trees thrash in the rising wind

But I no longer care

For you shelter me


The rain pelts us

We don’t feel it

The grass dampens

But our love heats the ground

And far, far below

our wild souls’ howling

Can be heard.


Take me there, again

I beg you...



Give me your strength

Let me hide beneath your bones

And I will give you my grace, my rhythm...

My swaying hips and my smile

You will be powerless under my enchantment


Let the graying rains pour down on us



We will laugh

And I hate hate hate her! She writes better poetry than me and she just started and I've been doing it for years. I even had some of it published. It ain't fair! How can she be so good naturally when I had to work so hard? I hate her.

(I do love her writing, but I don't hate her. She's a good friend and I love her to death. Just a little jealous, though :) )
