5. Hey, after the gecko startled me, I didn't mind so much

It was hanging out on my shower curtain, doing that sideways-head-looking-at-you-with-one-eye-thing, which was a little disconcerting, but I got used to it. It (could have been a girl, you know!) didn't seem inclined to move, but really, no drastic measures were called for!
