[Guava Jelly]

I have read a few poems here from time to time
And noticed that the fucking things rarely rhyme :shrug:

I don't see "Roses are red" or "Man from Nantucket".
I'm so over this shit,I mean like just fuck it!

Poetry should rhyme like Green eggs and Ham.
Not mixed together lines that to me are just spam!

By the way I don't mean any of this rant.
If i could write poetry I would but I cant.

This is a long way to go, I must admit that.
And far to much work for a lame copycat.

16. There is, of course, the format call'd sonnet,

it has its own peculiar scheme of rhyme.
'Tho most who read will think its past its prime,
to them I say, "Thy taste is not on it."

For it is a suitable scheme says I,
albiet a bit in old fashioned vein.
Ye must admit 'tis no better rhyme fain,
although it may be difficult to try.

But in the end when all is said and done,
our greatest poems have been written thus,
the words wrapped neatly up into a truss,
and bawdy words slip't through the cracks for fun.

Nay, says I, this format can't be beat, no,
and while ill used, will continue to grow.
