Hideously expensive, unnecessary, socially unjustifiable thing for free and without paying taxes, what would it be?

There are a couple of caveats. You have to use it yourself: you can't sell that Rolls and give the proceeds to Doctors without Borders. You can't donate that fourteen-bedroom mansion to Habitat for Humanity. And you just get the thing, not the support staff. You get the jet, not the pilot or mechanic. You get the yacht, but not the crew. Those you're going to have to hire and pay for, or do it yourself.

I thought about making this a poll, but quickly realized I'd probably have to make as many entries as there are Lounge rats.

After some consideration, I decided I want a three-bedroom cottage in the Berkeley hills. And if you think that's not hideously expensive, you haven't checked out real estate prices in the Bay Area.
