At least here where I live.
I live in a street level apartment and I am not afraid to open windows and even a door when it's warm. I am also not afraid to play the type of music that I love, in this case, Dona Oxford. The Live cd, the tune entitled "Dona's boogie". She is a piano player of some note and this is quite a Boogie Woogie number. So I dance around the living room in full view of the neighbors. Now I am the crazy guy who lives in "that" apartment. And guess what? I love it. Express yourself! An "End the war" sign in a window probably enforces the "crazy guy" notion as well though.
