What celebrities have you been told you look like?
I've been told I look like

Jenna Von Oy (I agree, and I also talk really fast like her character "Six")

Lori Loughlin (not so much - I think it's the face shape)

Kirstie Alley (when I was in junior high - it was the hair)

and Melissa Joan Hart (which I can sort of see, in that we move our mouths in the same weird way when we talk and we both have asymmetrical eyes, a bit - maybe have the same "expressions")

1. Does animation count? My high school econ teacher called me Daria.
Other than the glasses, yeah, that's pretty much what I look like.

4. I have the alienated sarcasm down to a science.
My kid sister, who actually could pass for Jenna Bush, looks-wise, is a dead ringer for Quinn in terms of personality. When we were younger I got a lot of chances to work on putting down somebody not quite smart enough to notice.

3. eh...

Drew Carey (The person who said this is dead-to-me)

Rainn Wilson (Uh...I guess I see it. He's a nice-looking guy. It's the closest one of the three.)

http://www.theage.com.au/ffximage/2006/06/01/truman_narrowweb__300x460,0.jpg
Phillip Seymour Hoffman (When I was blonde...maybe.)

I'm not really sure how I should take it since they're all 10-25 years older than me.

It's the nerdy glasses and the wild hair I'm alternately cropping and shellacking in place.

At Heathrow airport on Easter a woman almost lost it cuz she thought it was a visitation or a miracle or something. I was exhausted and was buying a cup of coffee.

Come on, if Jesus came back would the first thing he do is stand in line to buy coffee?

Khash.

33. umm.... well...
Ok, first, I think it's a little funny that my first match was Charlize Theron (since I'm a fat and hairy man).... then we have (just counting the male matches) Haakon VII of Norway, Robert Goddard, William Moseley (I don't even know who this is...), Odilon Redon, Alan Turing, Robert Koch, and Mark Harmon.

I'm going to try it with a different picture:

Now we have Jack Black, Andian Nikolayev, and Paul Stanley

And with a third picture:

Isaac Hanson, William Hurt, and Brandon Lee.

Seeing as the three pictures of me were taken within two years of each other, I'm guessing their program isn't that advanced, since none of the three times had a single match in common.

Famous people I've actually been told that I look like: Sam Kinison (sad, but true), Robert Smith (ages ago - both of us), Mozart, Mahler (who I hate), Bill Bailey (probably the closest, and also most disappointing).

50. Well, according to the face recognition site...
Edited on Mon May-26-08 10:25 AM by DarkTirade
I must be the love-child of Johnny Ramone and either Rachel Weisz or Lena from t.A.T.u. Which is weird because I think Rachel and Lena are both frikkin' hot, and so I guess that means I'm really a narcissist. :P (Of course, it would be rather difficult for me to be a child of Lena, since she's three years younger than me.)

Seriously though, I've been compared to just about any famous guy with long hair out there. Usually musicians. The most recent ones I can think of being compared to are

Bo Bice

and Edwin McCain.

And I occasionally get Qui-Gon Jinn from Episode I. But I don't look like Liam Neeson, it's just the hair. :)

*edit* Ahah! I've discovered that the face-matching website thingy does a better job matching the direction your face is pointing than the face itself.

When I used a picture of me looking down in that "I'm a model and I don't want to show the weird shadows that end up under your chin and make your neck look fat even when it isn't" pose, it matched me up with all models and hot actors. And when I had the picture of me looking down at my camera awkwardly, it matched me up with all kinds of random stuff that didn't even make sense.

I've got that "ethnic" look that most people can't quite place.

On a brighter note, at least I don't look like Ernest Borgnine.

80. I've been told I look like Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Russell Crowe

The celebrity recognition website gave me some weird ones: Jack Dempsey, Chava Alberstein, Sigrid Undset, Thomas Edison, Renee Zellweger, Martin Scorcese,Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Daniela Pestova, and Hayao Miyazaki. I haven't heard of more than half of those people, and 4 of them are women!
