8. here.
If you wish to see the truth
then hold no opinions for or against anything.
To set up what you like against what you dislike
is the disease of the mind.

Sorry. I've always had on ongoing love affair with Zen.

14. Of course.
But a lot of people don't like it. Mostly because all they've ever seen is the bland homogenized processed stuff in the stores nowadays. Real buttermilk tastes a lot better.

16. As it is with most things that come from nature these days.

As an amateur mead brewer, I found very quickly that your average off-the-shelf honey is waaaaaay too overprocessed and loses all of its bouquet and flavor. And often picks up an unpleasant plasticky aftertaste from the packaging.

17. "Efficiency is nothing more than applied laziness"
I'm pretty sure I made that one up - basically, I am a lazy person and like to find the best and fastest way to get something done correctly, but only because if I have to do something a lot, I hate to put more effort into it than I have to. :)

I also describe myself as an Optimistic Cynic:
"Given the chance, everything will go wrong, but I'll probably learn from it, and things could always be worse."
