4. Yeah.
With the help of a DU'er I paid out of pocket (yikes! $1200!!) and have taken a couple of doses..The first vial I opened though I ended up spilling about half of it out (:banghead: )
I have at least one more dose from this script..good thing is..I just got approval on Friday from my insurance co..They are gonna pay for it!! Cause you know, the docs at Mayo, they actually kinda know medicine...:)
