Has beer become cheaper than gas?
Gasoline is now roughly $4 a gallon. If you figure: 1 gallon = 128 ounce That would come out to 10 cans/bottles (12 oz) or 8 16 oz cans/bottles Does anyone know if a beer that is now cheaper than gasoline?

8. In Minnesota, E85 is like a buck cheaper than regular E10 gas
it's times like this when I wish I had a flex-fuel vehicle, but at least I don't have diesel.

9. It's a bit of a false savings
E85 doesn't have as much energy per gallon. So your MPG on E85 will be considerably less than E10.

4. True, I will confess to being a bit of a beer snob
The cheap stuff just doesn't cut it for me. At least not anymore.

10. Out here in LA, a 24oz can of beer = $2.39. Gas = $4.10 / gal.
So yes, beer is cheaper than gasoline.
