2. me, I would do bacon daily
...but it's more often eggs, yogurt, and fruit. And coffee. I used to do steel cut oats (with real maple syrup) but can't seem to find the 1/2 hour in the morning for the cooking of it anymore.

8. I do steel cut oats, 6 min in the microwave and it is a dinky microwave
only 700 watts I think.

a more powerful microwave would take less time. Since I found steelcut oats in the bulk dept @ Central Market for 99cents a pound I have been cooking those instead of the Silver Palate thick cut rolled oats I was using.

I LOVE oatmeal in the morning.

When I travel though I eat the Bad for you Breakfasts

I just plain LOVE breakfast food.

and the endless pot of coffee

9. If you regard breakfast as the first meal after getting up after 6+ hours sleep...
... then it'd be Hardees Combo #3 (mushroom swiss 1/3lb thickburger), with small fries and large diet coke, no ice. At least that is what it is on the way to work. I skip breakfast on non work days.

Breakfast isn't really going at 3-4pm and I have no time for Waffle House, IHOP or any place like those.

14. Granola bar, banana, and OJ
Sometimes cereal. But on weekends; it's sausage on Saturday and bacon on Sunday. If they weren't so bad for me I'd eat one or the other (or both) every day of my life.
