Being an Intern is...interesting:
Today I:

Began learning Quickbooks
Began learning xhtml coding
Worked on a research project for a few hours
Speed-read and proofread a textbook in 1.5 hours
Shipped out said textbook overnight, at the last possible minute.

Who knows what tomorrow will bring? :D

:hi:

2. Hehe, nothing like that, homie...

Thanks. So far so good. Found some serious errors in the textbook, which had been proofread many times before this. :D

3. Sounds pretty good so far!!
Are you enjoying it? :hi:

I've been home sick all day with the mother of all migraines. I can finally sit upright for more than 30 seconds at a time. :hangover:

6. You did an *econ* textbook in 1.5 hours?!
Mere mortals would cringe at the thought of doing that in 1.5 months! :scared:

7. It was speed-proofing
Making sure the page numbers in the table of contents matched with the actual page numbers, that the titles and authors were correctly spelled, that tables and graphs were properly referenced and labeled, that the paragraphs were continuous btwn. colums and pages, that there were no cut off sentences, etc.

I found 4 errors, in about 250 pages. :D
