3. no kitty carrier in the house? Got an old pillowcase? Take old pillowcase,
cut some little airholes in it, place kitten in pillow case and tie a knot in the top. Place kitten gently in the seat next to you and drive. Be prepared for major fussing but kittie will survive and so will you.

Alternatively, got a large shoebox and some duct tape? Same process: air holes, insert kitten, seal.

Old Bird cage?

One day I was at vets and a guy came in with two kitties in a plastic laundry basket with another basket upside down on top. They were fastened together with bungee cords

As long as kitty can get air he'll be ok and it isn't cruelty just creativity

Pillowcase one is best though because it is soft

9. if I had seen this reply I would have told you he would scream no matter what
you do so he should at least be where he can't get to you and make you have an accident.
My old old cat moans and yowls the entire (very short) trip to the vet. He hates the car. Now once he gets TO the vet, he is sweet as pie, they love him and he is such a gentleman, no matter what they do to him. Then he moans and cries all the way home.

Get used to the screams kiddo, it is just prep school for when you have a 2 year old

7. "MrsGrumpy skipped out on me "...
MrsGrumpy didn't skip out on you. MrsGrumpy told you it was time for you to be able to take care of these things on your own... MrsGrumpy told you upon Kittimus entering the house that you had to be responsible for Kittimus.

And, MrsGrumpy is off to order YOUR senior pictures, which YOU have been wanting her to do now for a month

I rest my case...
