Another EBay Scam.... (Loans)

A Seller I know emailed me about this >>>


Lets say you need a few hundred bucks for a week or two....
You "Sell" an item worth (on Ebay) $500.00
The bidding closes at $475.00
You inform the Buyer you'll ship it tomorrow... (you Don't..because there is no such item)

You wait 3-4 days....then inform the Buyer that the item "came back to me damaged/Torn/ruined...whatever.....
You Email the Buyer and say how sorry you are but promise you'll get the insurance money and send it Buyer.
Week or so goes by....you get some money from somebody else that you're
pulling the same crap on....you send that money to the first buyer and everybody is happy...(The first buyer still gives you a good rating since it wasn't your fault).

Of course, by then, you're selling to a 3rd buyer to pay the 2nd buyer...and so on and so on...

Christ...do I look like the Bank of America loan Dept.
Sigh....

5. Well since only established Ebayers are able to access their money

before 21 days I'm really not sure how this would work. (As an established Ebayer refunding more than three customers in a row in that manner would probably temporally freeze your account unless you had other business going on simultaneously.
