I woke up this morning and my face was swollen like a pumpkin
It started yesterday.

Also yesterday, the temperature was over 60.

It's gonna be a rough spring............

5. sigh...
sorry. I had horrendous allergies in the springtime as a kid. Took 10 years of allergy shots, and either they worked or I outgrew the allergies.

One tip I've heard - I know people who swear by eating locally-made honey to help with their allergies. I guess it's made by bees who feed off the local plants, and thereby gives you some sort of immunity, much like allergy shots. Don't know if it works, but I know a few people who swear it's made a huge difference.

6. I've heard that a teaspoon of LOCAL raw honey a day will help keep
the sneezes (and watery eyes, hives, puffy eye lids, stuffed-up noses, swellings, etc., etc., etc.) away.

I'd try it myself, but have not yet found a source of local raw honey...
