trying to decide if I want to drag my self down to the Y for a water aerobics class
I know I will enjoy it once I get there, it is the getting up and doing it that is the bad part. bonus, I take a book and sit outside in the shade at the children's water park and read until my suit is dry.

4. you are probably right. This is called arthritis splash and I am usually the
youngest person in the pool. Very low impact. I can do this because I am unemployed right now. Tuesday and Thursday nights are Yoga MWF I can do this activity.

I'm not really sure what that entails, but I thought I'd give it a try. I heard that it may be cancelled due to a lack of interest. I hope not.

5. I did do it. And I am glad I did.
nice low impact workout and an hour and a half in the hot shade w/ my book.
