12. I guess Lucas realized that he can't do justice to it anymore...

and people liked Genndy Tartovsky's Clone Wars cartoon. So he's redoing that, but with a bigger budget and everything that made it interesting sucked out of it. The only one of his 'improvements' that will actually be an improvement will be the voice acting, from what I can see.
